About Toto’s

Vintage watches with history, heart, and a little Bronx soul.

Toto’s Vintage Watches is a small Bronx-based shop for hand-picked vintage watches, jewelry, and overlooked little treasures that still have stories to tell.

The Shop

Small watches.
Big personalities.

I’m Chris — Toto to some — and I run Toto’s Vintage Watches from the Bronx, New York. The shop is built around the kinds of vintage pieces that often get overlooked: small ladies’ watches, cocktail watches, pendant watches, character watches, quartz oddballs, and jewelry with charm.

I started as a collector and became an amateur watchmaker the practical way — by trying to bring old watches back to life. Every piece is hand-picked, cleaned, photographed, measured, tested when possible, and described plainly. Some are fancy. Some are cheap and cheerful. Some are wonderfully strange.

The shop lives on Etsy, but this site is the front door — a place for new finds, watch notes, collecting guides, and the stories behind the pieces.

Meet Willy

The house mascot.

Willy is the tuxedo cat mascot of Toto’s Vintage Watches — dignified, impatient, well-dressed, and very much in charge.

Willy was designed by my partner Nika, who passed away in 2024. Her original illustration, “Where Is My Food?”, was inspired by the real Willy and remains the master reference for the Toto’s Vintage Watches brand.

This site is, in part, a tribute to Nika, to Willy, and to the idea that old things deserve a second life. Just like the watches featured here, every object has a story worth preserving.
